Admissions Process

1. If interested, or at any time in the process, interested students should schedule a student shadow visit or a parent tour. To book, give us a call  (831) 751-1850 or email aruiz@notredamesalinas.org.
2. Students should fill out the application online (found below). As part of this process, the students should request transcripts from current school and recommendations. The links can also be found at the end of the application.
3. Once application has been received, Alondra Ruiz, your point of contact for admissions will reach out to schedule a short Zoom interview. Or if you’d like to schedule ahead, email aruiz@notredamesalinas.org.   
4. Once the application has been submitted, families should fill out the financial assistance application here. 
5. Notre Dame uses the STAR test as a placement exam. If you’re enrolled at a school which uses the STAR, those results will be automatically forwarded to Notre Dame. If you don’t attend a STAR-school, reach out to us to schedule an exam.

• Submit Application & Essay
  Complete and submit the online or paper application along with the student essay. Send the applicant’s admission essay to aruiz@notredamesalinas.org or by mail. (If not included with the initial application.) You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours once your application has been received.
• Request Transcript
  Submit the transcript request form to the applicant's current school. Click here to access the transcript release form. Print the transcript request form and submit it to your daughter's current school for processing.
• Submit Most Recent Report Card
  Send a copy of the applicant’s most recent report card to Notre Dame High School via email at aruiz@notredamesalinas.org or by mail.
• Request Teacher Recommendations
  Request two teacher recommendations from current or former teachers. These should be submitted directly to Notre Dame High School.

• Transcript. 
• STAR Scores.
• Letters of Recommendation.
